Our manual machine shop offers comprehensive solutions for component manufacturing and repair. Our one-stop shop utilise equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and borers to handle diverse and complex tasks with precision.

- 12 Lathes of various sizes – Maximum turning diameter of 1600mm and a maximum work length between centres 6000mm
- Universal Milling Machines – 1200 x 300 table to 1600 x 400 table
- Slotter
- Shaper – 15” stroke for internal keyways, splines & dovetails
- Radial Arm Drills
- 220 Tonne Press – 325 x 1500mm throat
- 5 & 20 Tonne Demag Overhead Cranes
- 3, 5 & 10 Tonne Forklifts
Boring Machines
- Horizontal Borers ( up to 10Tonne ) – 125mm Spindle, 1200 x 1400 table
- Vertical Borers – 1600mm table, 1250mm under the bridge
- Line Borer
