We can assess work orders with an on-site consultation, use drawings or specifications to manufacture new components, re-manufacture worn or damaged components, reclaim worn or damaged components, sandblast and paint before returning the finished job in line with ISO quality standards. We have the capabilities to reclaim components using Thermal Arc Spraying to provide our customer with working parts, minimising machinery downtime and costs.
To assist in minimising machinery downtime and associated costs for customers, we offer a 24/7 breakdown service. Common examples of work orders include; reclamation of crusher shafts, idler wheel refurbishment, haul truck wheel hub bore reclamation and conveyor pulley bore reclamations.
